Have you checked the build of your wheel?
I had problems with a unicycle and couldn't work out what was wrong
until i looked at the spokes on the wheel and found that some were
loose.
It was turning the unicycle constsntly in one direction.
Try taking it to a bike shop if you don't feel confident enough with
doing it yourself..
